online firmware update fails

hi,

I'm not able to configure the iLO by hitting F8 while booting.
it says "iLO temporarily unavailable".
After that I wanted to install the newest firmware, also without success:
"The software is not supported for installation on this system.
Unable to communicate with the management processor!"

The server is a DL360 G2

whre copuld be the problem?!
