進入command view eva後, 在Controller and Disk Enclosure 的頁面, 可以找到一些說明, 也有設定Critical and Warning threshold, 所以我判斷EVA有power off功能 if 溫度過高.





1. Controller

Controller temperature sensors

A controller temperature sensor displays the temperature of the controller module. Three exist on each module. They have a common over temperature trigger point.



The controller reacts to various sensor thresholds in the following ways:



If a sensor is within 10 degrees C of the trigger point, a warning event triggers.



The controller powers off if a sensor reaches its trigger point.



If the difference between the temperature sensors is greater than 10 degrees C, the controller powers off.



2. Disk Enclosure

The Alarm Thresholds show the critical and warning levels:



Critical threshold—The point at which the temperature is outside the specification, making continued normal operation impossible.



Warning (noncritical) threshold—The point at which the temperature is outside the specification, but normal operation is still possible.
