FTP SERVER FILE PARMITION
my user upload file, but user can not downlod same file ? i want all time parmitd the seme file for all user.

If you expect to get help, trying giving some information.
What Linux distribution and kernel (uname -a).
Also, there is a general log file, called /var/log/messages on some distros that might be useful in diagnosis.
