SCP in HP-UX 11.11 (F-Secure SSH 3.1.0)

Hi!! I'm trying to use scp to transfer some files from two server, but in some cases, i received the next messages:

ssh_packet_wrapper_send_encode_va: flow control problems; outgoing packet dropped

file1 | 875kB | 72.9 kB/s | ETA: 00:00:03 | 75%server2:/home/test

And received incomplet file.

Possible causes:

1) Full filesystem on the target
2) Momentary network failure. Check the logs, /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log on HP-UX
3)NIC problems. See note 2
4) Problems with openssh 3.1, upgrade both ends to Openssh 3.5(Secure shell 3.50, available free for HP-UX at http://software.hp.com
