Symantec AntiVirus software on redhat 8.0

I installed Symantec AntiVirs software on
a redhat 8.0 system. After installation and active license, I see two processes running. I can see the URL web page and configure. But I keep seeing "Total files scanned: 0"?
Do I have to run process to scan files?
If so, what is the command?

Thanks for any help

At the gui console, you should be able to run the nav program and scan your system.

I had no idea they had ported this software to Linux.

This is not exactly help ... well maybe it is help for me. Does this version of antivirus work on sendmail as well for incoming mail or just on the resident systems files?

Generally when the Antivirus soft is for mail server -it' advertised as antivirus for mail .What's the full name for your antivirus.

As for running scan-try to look for this option on the http:server you have on your pc after installing antivirus

I got it fixed by using ICAP instead of Native Protocol via GUI.

Thanks.
