spmgr display (SecurePath) Linux AS3
Hi, everybody,
I just installed securepath 3.0C... first, when I tried "# spmgr display" it said something like "agent could not transfer data"; then I set the password "# spmgr passwd hello" and when I try "#spmgr display" it says "Could not execute"
Any suggestion?
Thanks.

Re: spmgr display (SecurePath) Linux AS3
Hi Belmopan,
Couple of queries:
1. Why are you using Secure Path for Linux? Have you considered the FREELY available Qlogic/Emulex FCA driver (with failover capabilities) from hp.com?
2. In relation to your problem, could you confirm that the version of SP is supported for the flavour or Linux you are running?
3. Also is this a new install?Have you had SP working before? If the answer is yes, you could try a /etc/init.d/spinit restart (or "stop" followed by "start").

Re: spmgr display (SecurePath) Linux AS3
Thanks; I'm abandoning Securepath. I'll try sansurfer. Regards.
