HP J4903A switch web interface and Java security
I have an HP J4903A switch that I can no longer get into the web interface. due to the java application being untrusted and blocked.
I have firmware I.10.107 with boot ROM I.08.07. I am attempting to connect wiht IE 11 , java plugin 11.91.2.14, JRE verion 1.8.0_91-b14.
I have added the switches IP address as a trusted site in the JAVA Control panel as "http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx", "http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/* and as "http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/home/html". None of which seem to help.
I don't see anything glaring in the details in the JAVA console, even with the trace level turned all the way up.
Unsurre what to do from here, unable to google any meaningful solutions. I can get by with the CLI for now if anything comes up, but it is noce to have all options open.
