U200-A l2tp connection

I'm tryng to connect to a U200-A firewall from mobile devices ( android and ipad ).

The connection works until the device is NOT behind a NAT, in that case the nat-traversal failed to negotiate.

 

The same also from windows 8

 

It only works with inode client , but i cant' find a client compatible for ios, android and the client do not works with windows 8.

 

Someone was able to connect mobile devices?
