VPN KEY LOST!

Dear sirs, i have an old 3COM FirewalL serial no. LN7B3D288E5 and due to some problems had to reset it and in consequence lost my VPN key code. Unfortunately i did not note it down anywhere and wanted your help to recuperate it. It is most urgent as we cannot operate fully in the office without it. The product is regsitered also in your web site. Pls can you help me get it again? Thks for yr prompt reply, rgds, edy levante

Which model number is this ? Serial number is not enough to figure this one out.
