Cifs Server (A.03.01.03) and Win2008 R2 DC Integration
Dear Sir,
For the support reason the OS of Domain Controller in our environment is going to be Win2008R2. We upgraded cifs server software to the newest (A.03.01.03), which claimed in the support matrix. but we failed to share FS to Win XP client eventually. The environemnt is:
OS for cifs server: HP-UX 11.31 (IA)
CIFS-SERVER A.03.01.03
KRB5CLIENT E.1.6.2.09
LDAPUX B.04.20 LDAP-UX Integration
command "net ads join" and "klist" are all sucessful, but the shares are unable to access. Is there any special restriction in Win2008R2 side? We found we can make it work with Cifs Server A.2.04 + Win2003 DC; but none of the following integration suceeded:
Cifs Server A.2.04 + Win2008 DC
Cifs Server A.03.01.03+ Win2008 DC --> Target Conf.
Cifs Server A.03.01.03+ Win2003 DC
Please help,
Stan Du
