Generating a new certificate

Hi
I need some help, i am having problem generating a new certificate for our web server.

root@apache:/app/StrongHold/bin#>./genkey apache.anasco.jostra-bentley.com

after this i did a :
root@apache:/app/StrongHold/bin#>./gencert apache.anasco.jostra-bentley.com

but when i try to do a ./genca it gives me an error that it is unable lo load certificate. I am using Other (as the option for CA).
