HPUX RBAC audit trail

I have configured RBAC on HPUX 11.23. I want to configure common audit trail so that when any non root user with Administrator group try to run any command using "privrun" , it should be logged. How do I do that. I enabled audit and specified file in /etc/rc.config.d/auditing. However , its not working. Can anybody help me here ? ....Thanks
