Micro Focus COBOL B2433EB V 13.4

When I run /opt/cobol/cobdir/hpmfocdsini the script comes out with the permission error. Where as the actual problem is with the /opt/cobol/cobdir/hpmfocdsini.cpio file which is corrupted. Has anyone faced similar problem and if yes, what was the fix to this problem.
