SMSE, SSH, and the "UsePAM" attribute

The man page for pam.conf shows a sample configuration file. What I'm wondering is what SPECIFICALLY in that file is needed as a bare minimum in order for SSH to correctly operate once the "UsePAM" attribute is in effect?


Anyone?
