Should I use CIFS+Winbind or LDAP-UX ?

What we need is only to allow the AD Users to login HP-UX also.

Seems, both Winbind and LDAP-UX can make this goal.

Which is better? Or how do I make a choice?

This is depends on your environment. Winbind will be enough most of the cases. Some environments, it gives some glitches, so people intend to go for LDAP.
