Virtual Vault 11.04 & Speedcards question

I have two servers connected with Cisco local director and the operating system on both boxes is Virtual Vault 11.04. I intend to have two domains on each box. On both boxes are installed speedcards. It is now so far, that I will install the certificates on the speedcards and I would like to know procedure of cloning certificates.
There are two questions to be born:

1. What is the procedure to clone certificate on VV 11.04 with speedcard (to transfer certificate from one server to another)?
2. How many different keys is the speedcard able to use?
