Hi:

A.14.00 is an older Internet Express bundle containing 'sdo'.   You can find the latest offering from HP here:

https://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/searchProducts.do

Search for 'sudo' and choose the Internet Express bundle that matches your OS version.

If you have a requirement for that specific version, I suspect you'll need to open up a software ticket with HP and ask if they can provide it to you from an archive. The HP-UX Internet Express release on HP's software download site only carries the latest version.

Note that you may not actually be doing yourself any favors by sticking with an older software releases, as they may have known security exploits. That's probably something you should check first.
