ACU vs. Microsoft Cluster Service on 2003

IS there any adverse effect when running ACU( view configuration) with active Microsoft Cluster Service on W2K3?!
The Q is sort of advisory, do vs. don't!!!

You should not have any problems "running" ACU either ON a clustered node OR anywhere while a clustered node is attached.

Just know that if you make changes to a drive, you potentially can mess up your clusters configurtion. Viewing the config should not be an issue.
