I have upgraded my CL380 to Windows 2003. The CR3500 no longer shows up in the Web Insight Agents on either node of the cluster. It worked fine under 2000.
I have installed Support Pack 7.0 and 7.1. I have uninstalled the agents and reinstalled them. I updated the BIOS to the latest. The Firmware bios on the CR3500 says x2r-1, which also seems to be the latest.
Any ideas?

Solution
I believe SmartStart 5.50 was the last CD which contained Management Agents which supported the CR3500 controllers. HP no longer continues to provide updated drivers/agents for the CL380 product. To get management support for the CR3500 controllers you will have to downgrade to older agents (5.50).
Thanks,
Doug
