Exchange 2010+ object failing with ERR: Error starting backup/restore (BMA cannot be started )

Hi Guys. Not sure if I'm in the right forum. Issue is related to Data Protector 9.09.

We suddenly for the past couple of days experiencing partial completed exchange 2010 backup.

We at random get the below error at random, on either of the exchange nodes obects (we have a 2 node DAG)

I have restarted the inet services on the Media agent, and both exchage nodes. Error persists.

Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.
