Have you found any method of associating them manually if HP SIM does not do it out of box?

Can you point me to where I can locate and download the iLo CPQLOCCFG.exe Example Scripts?

I have found references on HP's web site but when I click on the links it says they have been moved but does not indicate or redirct you to where they moved to.
