Java problems with IM 7.2.3

Has anyone had problems with the Java interface? I am getting the following error both on the local IM server and remotely from my workstation: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException.compaq.ui.View.WbemViewLoader
Anyone know how to fix it?? (I've already uninstalled java and reinstalled) - Thanks

Have you uninstalled all versions of Java (I presume you did).

You may want to consider upgrading to hp Systems Insight Manager, which allows the use of Java JRE 1.4.x. It is available from www.hp.com/go/hpsim.

Thanks, Jon. I haven't upgraded yet - I was hoping there might be some way to work around the problem until I get to the upgrade.
