Convert iLO3 video files (".ilo")?

In iLO3 I can record a video file, and I can replay it using either the iLO Remote Console ot thhe iLO VIdeo Player. However none of these products allows to reposition the stream or to play it slowly (i.e.: no jog wheel). Being able to convert the format to any "reasonable" video format would help, because then I could open it in a proper application to process the video. In my case I have a video that shows the same screen for a long time, then the server crashes writing some log messages very quickly. I can only see the end of those (which I can also see without the video capability). I'd like to see some more lines before the last screen...
