Is this system supported with Vmware

DL585 G5 AMD 8360 SE Cpu 265 GB memory

We have al lot of isses with this system config

for example update COS memory vmware from 272 to 800 MB

a nice PSOD we get

we have 3 of this configurations and vmware en HP can not give me a clear answer (vmware says it is supported even it is not on the HCL)
