DL380 G4 - ILO KB/MOUSE PROBLEM
Hello,
Hopefully someone can help me out.
Problem description:
I can log onto the ILO interface, and launch the remote console.
I can see the screensaver of my server running, however i can not use the kb and mouse.
I use have configured on the ilo the use of port 10023 instead of 23 (23 is already being used for other purposes).
Can anyone help me ?
Short hardware/software description:
HP Proliant DL380 G4
ILo Firmware Revision: 1.70
Ilo Firmware Date: 02/11/2005
OS: Win SVR 2003
JAVA: j2re-1_4_2-windows-i586
ILO CONFIG:
Idle Connection Timeout (minutes): 30
Enable Lights-Out Functionality: Yes
Passthrough Configuration: Automatic
Enable iLO ROM-Based Setup Utility: Yes
Require Login for iLO RBSU: No
Show iLO IP during POST: Yes
Remote Console Port Configuration: Automatic
Remote Console Data Encryption: Yes
SSL Encryption Strength: 128-bit
Current Cipher: RC4-MD5 with 128 bit encryption
Web Server Non-SSL Port 80
Web Server SSL Port 443
Virtual Media Port 17988
Remote Console Port 10023
Terminal Services Port 3389
Secure Shell (SSH) Port 22
Secure Shell (SSH) Access: Enabled
Serial Command Line Interface Status
Enabled - Authentication Required
Serial Command Line Interface Speed: 9600

Can you send a CTRL-ALT-DEL from the button on the remote console screen?
What other purpose does 23 have on your iLO? Reset it back and see if that corrects it.
