Error in exe file when building server via ILO

Hello,
Trying to build up HP BL20p G3 servers through ILO Virtual Media. I load SmartStart and it loads and prompts for OS CD. It loads OS CD and then reboots. Upon reboot it goes to DOS screen saying error in exe file C:\I386. I have done this for 5 other networks without issue so I am lost. Any ideas?
