My server ProLiant ML350 G5 with ILO2 and iLO 2 Advanced features Key actived, but don't work. Applay last drivers and firmware with HP System Management:
Management Processor Firmware (Active) 1.60
System ROM Firmware-D21 (Active) 2008.06.25
System ROM Firmware-D21 (Redundant) 2007.05.01
Array Controller Firmware 1.78
The Present Power show 0 Watts on Power suply.
What's worng?

No, don't work.
Same servers, same Firmware, same iLOs:
ML350 G5 ILO2 (1 processor) work...
ML350 G5 ILO2 (2 processors) don't work...

Did this ML350 had a Power Regulator supported processor?

something came to my mind

what if you try changing Power Regulator values in ilo or BIOS (RBSU)

* HP Static Low Power Mode
* HP Static High Performance Mode
* HP Dynamic Power Savings Mode
* OS Control Mode

in case one of those is causing that behavior

Another suggestion: un-plug power from the system for about 15 seconds, and then plug it back in and power-on.
