HPE Gen10 380 with HPE Ethernet 10/25Gb 2-port 640FLR-SFP28 Adapter issues

Good Day Community

We have purchased HPE Gen10 380’s. On the onboard 25Gb ports the connections are working to the Switches in the opposit Rack via 3m 25G SFP28 DACs.  The servers come with two additional 25Gb ports on a PCIe card, that uses the same firmware, so assume the same chipset.

How ever the PCIe cards across the servers have no connections. 

ThePCIe were pre installed.

Any ideas why the connectos wuouldnt work on the Cards but work fine on the onboard ports?

You need to call support and open a case.
