ILO 3 DL385G7 and DL585G7 I.E. and Firefox connection issues
Hi we have a large installed base of HP servers. I have been setting up ribs for quite some time now. ILO1 ILO2 now ILO3. We seem to be having allot of issues with the ILO3 I suspect we have two issues. We dont usually use the keys that come with the servers. I bet we should. Where can I get new licences and or keys. I think the key is on the paper tag on the side of the server ? The second issue is that some desktops can acess the RIB while others get no video ?

Make sure your iLO3 systems are running at least v1.15 firmware.
If by keys your talking about the advanced pack license key, that doesn't come with the server, it's a separate purchase. The information on the server toe-tag contains the default iLO DNS name and Administrator password.
