ILO3 Key Up/Down Option

In order to avoid having multiple keystrokes being sent to the console we used to disable the "Key Up/Down" option in ILO/ILO2, this option seems to be no longer available on ILO3. is this correct ?

I think that option is removed from ILO 3.
quickspecs does not state so rather talks about better console.
