Is there any way to backup ILO5 configuration using some CLI over SSH or scripting, to achieve same thing as with GUI Backup.
I'm looking for a way to automate backups for multiple blade servers.

You may create ILO configurations in CLI via the HPE HPONCFG utility. Please refer the below document
