ML370 G4 hang during P&P device detection during W2k to W2K3 migration

We are tryng to migrate our 370 G4 from Windows 2000 server to Win 2003 server R2 sp2. During the process, the server hangs whith 33minutes remaining during device detection step. An issue like this one was known using Win2k3 sp1 and CPQASM2 version previous to 5.36. We are using version 5.41. Could it be same problem (previous problem was with Authenticode)? Firmware maybe? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
