I have a DL 380 G3 with Rilo II installed. I can do everything except virtual media. Whenever I try to use virtual CD or Floppy the target server shows "USB device not recognized." ANy ideas?

Solution
Scott,
depending on which DL380 you have, Virtual Media was not supported on units w/o the 533 front side bus...or better yet 2.4-2.8Ghz boxes. The 3.06 and higher do have support for Virtual Media. Please see the slot support matrix for more information.

Re: RILO II Virtual Media on DL 380 G3
Scott,
Did you ever get this resolved?
If not...check to make sure your 30-pin grey ribbon cable is properly connected. This gives you auxiliary power, keyboard, mouse and virtual media (usb) capability. Your 380 G3 supports all the above. Also check to make sure you have the Riloe II device driver installed.
