RILOE II + DL360 G1 + Windows Server 2003 = work?

I have some streaming applications that still work on old DL380 G1 machines. However, I need to move the machines to Win2k3 (for Windows Media 9 support). My past experience with the original RILOE and Win2k3 was not good (very slow remote console).

Is the RILOE II board any better with this old server and Win2k3?

RILOE II is supported on the DL360:

You will see significantly improved remote console performance with RILOE II over RILOE.

However, support for your streaming application is hard to determine... If it works on RILOE, then it will probably work on RILOE II, but you might want to verify that.
