RILOE II Error Web Under Construction or Access Denied

Some times when I access to RILOE II via web
return page 'Under Construction'
Other times run correctly until return a mensage box 'Access denied'

Are you sure your browser is pointing to the RILOE II, and not your server? You should not get 'Under Construction' page from RILOE II.

An other server had the same IP address than RILOE II
