RILOEII in non-Proliants

I seem to be having difficulty with some RILOEII cards in TC4100s. The web interface stops responding, though I can still ping the IP address. The only resolution I have found is to power off both the server and the RIB card. After that, they both respond for a week or two before it happens all over again.

Firmware is 1.16. CPQLOCFG is not able to elicit any response from the RIB either. Telnet does not produce any output at all.

How many no.of browser sessions opened when this problem happened?

Also is CPQLOCFG executed from a batch file
for a long time?

I have upgraded to firmware 1.20, but the problem persists. There are no browser sessions open while I attempt to connect.

I am generally using CPQLOCFG from the command line, but I have the two methods interchangeably.
