The iLO firmware is in a network flash recovery state

Hi
We have many Blade BL20 G3.
I have update more than 10 iLO vom 1.92 to 1.92 fine.
But now 2 goes after the update to "Network flash recovery state".

FTP puts with ilo191.bin till ilo194.bin worked fine with no errors and resetted at the end.
I tried with DIP-1 ON - no difference.

Boot with Firmware-CD 8.40 DIP-1 ON - iLO ROM Flash = no supported Device.

Cold Boot F8 for iLO Setup isn't avaiable.

What else can i do to revoke the iLO?
