iLO Remote Control Freezes

I have a DL380G3 (ROM P29) with iLO (1.42) and the Remote Control feature of iLO seems to freeze after a day or two. I can see the desktop but there are no responses to keyboard or mouse commands. I also have the latest Management Agents, 6.4, installed. It is a Windows2K server with sp4.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Is this a headless system...no mouse/keyboard/monitor at boot up? How are you verifying that the OS is still functional?
