iLO "Information Not Available" and auto resets

After power-on server (ML350 g6) fails to start.
iLO2 works.
in "System Information" -> "Summary" section I see "Information Not Available" message for all entries.

"iLO 2 Event Log" shows
"Server power restored. " and "Server reset." entries without any my actions

What's going on and how to get our server back to work?

Screen is black all the time

Hi , 

Make sure the BIOS and ILO firmware is updated to Latest

If the issue still persists, Try to boot the server is minimum configuration (1 CPU, I DIMM , no HDDs) 

Try adding the parts one by one and check if the issue persists. This way you can isolate the faulty part
