iLO2 1.70 firmware will not show Power Meter

Prior FW works fine. The minute I put the latest version on, it no longer show power info on the Power Meter.

All i got constantly get is:

No data available. Data should be available within five minutes of iLO 2 or host startup. Page will automatically reload once a minute for the first five minutes or until data is available.

This known issue or anyone seen this or fix it if so?
