Hello,
I have a DL360e gen8 server and I have a weird issue with iLO4's remote console. I have tried every type of console and it's the same on all.
When I power on the server, it displays everything fine, up until the proliant logo usually comes up. From that point, all I can see is a black box. Mouse input still goes through the box though. Has anyone encountered this before?

Hi.
Do you have an ILO Advanced license? Without a licence you can only see the post (BIOS, configuration guis) in remote console. When the Operating system begins loading the console blacks out.
As you can see in this link ILO standard license only supports Pre-OS only on the remote console.
