hi guys

I have server ml350 g2 - W2000
when using remote console to access my server I got keyboard but no mouse at all.
latest firmware 2.53 (since is RILOE I).

mouse works just fine locally or using RDP but not using remote console
any ideas

Can you please check the below setting:
Remote Console Settings: High Performance Mouse

High Performance Mouse is supported only on operating systems that support USB tablet mouse. Windows 2000 SP3 or later and Windows 2003 include native support. The HP iLO 2 High-Performance Mouse for Linux driver adds High-Performance mouse support for SLES9, SLES10, and RHEL 4.
If you have enabled it you may find this issue.

I am not sure that RILOE is supported on that host. Check that the "RILOE" ribbon cable is installed, otherwise you might want to try the external "Y" PS-2 cable.
