I just upgraded our SIM to 5.1 SP1 and I'm seeing tons of these errors.

135048: 2007-05-14 14:01:17 PDT,SESSION,FAILURE,LOGIN,USER,Login Failed Authentication (127.0.0.1),WARNING,domain\domainadmin,,,

How can I find out what is causing this errors?
