34 Different MXDomainManager Errors
I receive the following 2 errors and 1 warning for our insightmanager server (listed in order).
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: HP Systems Insight Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 2
Date: 10/6/2008
Time: 8:57:41 AM
User: N/A
Computer: INSIGHTMANAGER
Description:
Restarting MxDomainManager
Event Type: Error
Event Source: HP Systems Insight Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1
Date: 10/6/2008
Time: 8:57:41 AM
User: N/A
Computer: INSIGHTMANAGER
Description:
Could not restart MxDomainManager
Event Type: Error
Event Source: HP Systems Insight Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1
Date: 10/6/2008
Time: 8:57:41 AM
User: N/A
Computer: INSIGHTMANAGER
Description:
CreateProcess() failed - Could not start specified mx agent
(C:\Program Files\HP\Systems Insight Manager\lbin\mxdomainmgr)
(1816) - Not enough quota is available to process this command.
Any thoughts? I've already reinstalled the support pack and tried repairing the install, but nothing works. The server was originally imaged and placed on a different server and it started to have this issue. We put it back on the same server and it still gives this error. and with in a week or so the server looses all network connectivity and has to be hard booted to get it back up, this happens on both original server and the server it was restored to.

Re: 34 Different MXDomainManager Errors
Correction on the title, it should only read 3 and not 34.

Re: 34 Different MXDomainManager Errors
Your clue is the Windows error "Not enough quota is available to process this command." A search reveals that this is related to your swap size. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms820778.aspx
