5.1 upgrade -- high CPU and services are not available
Upgraded from SIM 5.0 SP4 to 5.1 on Windows 2003 (local SQL 2000).
After the upgrade I see high CPU from MXPASSWORD.EXE and MXDOMAIN.EXE. The web console is not available and not emails are being sent for events.
I did a search here and couldn't find anything relevant.
Looking for ideas :) Thanks!

Re: 5.1 upgrade -- high CPU and services are not available
OK -- I found the upgrading to 5.1 thread which really scared me.
I tried running the mxinitconfig -a command and afterwards the web UI became available.
Looks like I was one of the lucky ones after all.
I'm going to move SIM to a VM so we can better deal with this in the future.

Re: 5.1 upgrade -- high CPU and services are not available
My upgrade to 5.1 when south as well...after running mxpassword to sync the password I then ran the mxinitconfig -a successfully! After a reboot SIM was back up and running. Funny thing is, the logs note it failed to upgrade to 5.1, but in help, about it shows that it did??? I can see a few added/updated features so it must have been sucessful.
