AD Authentication

We are running HP SIM 7.1 on a windows 2003 server.  We use AD authentication to access the HP SIM website.  We are going to be upgrade our Active Directory schema for Windows 2008 R2.  Does anyone know if there will be issues with AD authentication post upgrade since we are running 7.1 on a 2003 Server?
