About Version Control Agents

I want to automatic update the Repository,but failed,the log is show as "Automatic update downloaded 0 files. No Version Control Agents have provided operating system information to use as a download selection criteria".
Please help me.Thanks!

Are you refering to Version Control Agent at client?
On VCA at client, click "change agent settings", then enter the computer name where Version Control Repository Manager is installed.
Then specify the login account and password (newer VCA use OS accounts).
If you are successfully authenticated, you will be prompted with Reference Support Pack to choose.

You need to configure atleast one VCA to point to the Repository so that VCRM knows that it has to download PSP for that specific OS.
For Example: If you configure VCA on a Windows Server 2003 to point to VCRM (through change agents settings), then VCRM can start autodownloading the PSP's for Windows 2003 OS.
