Agent upgrade

Hi All,

I have just installed HP SIM SP5 onto a server. Works quite well but what I wanted to do now was update the agent to 7.6 on all the servers.

I have a number of servers on varying levels of agent
5.4, 6.2, 7.10, 7.40

I'm having a few issues upgrading some of the earlier agents. Can they definitely be upgraded to 7.6 or are there any limitations?

The main restriction is OS related, e.g. NT4 support stops at 6.something.
You should update the entire PSP, not just the agents as there are some interdependencies.
