Audible Alerts in SIM 5??

Hi,

Does anyone know whether SIM can generate audible alerts? If so is the part of the standard package or is it an add on? Any help would be much appreciated.

Where exactly would you expect the audio output to come from?
You can configure HPSIM to call a Custom Command when an event is generated.
If that Custom Command could then communicate with an audio device and generate some kind of noise then the answer is yes.

I looked into the custom command option but have decided to just create an audible alert for each time an email is recieved in the SIM mailbox. Thankyou anyway.
