Automatic Repository Update Failed

I am evaluating HP SIM 4.2 SP2 and receive the following error when I attempt to update the repository:

Message The automatic repository update failed because an error occurred while retrieving the download site catalog.

Additional Data
Error for file: C:\hp\hpsmh\data\webapp-data\vcrepository\catalogindex.xml
Error code: 12003
An extended error was returned from the server.550 /pub/softlib/software2/COL3293/catalogindex.xml: No such file or directory.

Try renaming C:\hp\hpsmh\data\webapp-data\vcrepository\catalogindex.xml and try to download again.

You may also try to change the account under which the HP Version Control Repository Manager service runs. By default it should be configured to run as local system account. My firewall settings prevented local system account access to FTP. Once I changed the service to run under my administrative account, everything worked fine.

Changing the logon service to use my admin account also worked for me. Thanks for the hint!
